Tactical MOLLE panel for use on the front or rear of car seats to attach various equipment, pouches, holsters, etc. The panel can be used both horizontally (rear seat) and vertically (front seat). The panel can be quickly removed from the vehicle with all attachments and used. Part of the TacVec series.
