To throw knives, knives specially designed for throwing are required. That’s why Kershaw made the Ion Throwing Knife Set. The three throwing knives in the set are designed to have the correct weight and balance for target throwing.
Kershaw’s Ion knives are double-edged, spear-point blades. We made these full-tang knives from sturdy, high-chromium stainless steel and wrapped the handles in durable, sure-grip paracord. The extra-wide ring at the end adds balance, offers a great place to attach a lanyard, and makes it easy to remove the knives from the sheath—or from the target.
All three knives fit neatly in the nylon carrying and storage sheath, which makes it easy to take them out to the throwing range. | The blade of the Morakniv Garberg S is 3.2mm thick and made of high quality stainless steel, specially treated in our factory to make it even stronger. It has a special Scandi grind to the edge, making the knife easier to keep sharp. Also, the spine of the blade has been ground to be used with a fire starter. The practical and classy knife sheath in polymer protects the edge when you don’t use the knife and with the belt loop attached to your belt the Morakniv Garberg is always close at hand.

The Boker Swell-End Jack is another classic knife shape, which was to be found on European farmers' markets and in the typical general shops of American settlements since the turn of the century. The handy pocket knife owes its name to its traditional design, which becomes noticeably wider towards the end of the handle, thus shifting the knife's centre of gravity backwards. In addition to the satin-finished main blade of ice-hardened N690 with 60 to 61 HRC, the knife is also equipped with a cap lifter that can also be used as a screwdriver. The blade has a modern ricasso and is opened by nail nick. The operating safety of the slipjoint is increased by a 90 degree arrestor during opening and closing. The green stabilised handle scales are made of local burl birch wood, which is characterised by its rich colour and striking grain. The characteristic bolsters are made of nickel silver. The stainless steel blade is ground extra hollow with a ridge. The black synthetic handle scales are moisture-resistant and add a modern touch. Each razor is made completely by hand in the Boker Manufactory in Solingen, Germany and comes in traditional packaging with a certificate of authenticity.
| Case trapper is about 4 1/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.5 ounces. The handle is Natural Bone . The bolsters are highly polished nickel silver. This knife utilizes a 3 1/4" clip blade and 3 1/4" spay blade. Stamped with pattern number 6254 SS, the blade material is true-sharp surgical stainless steel etched with "United States navy".

Of course, the carbon steel is of highest quality and treated according to our secret company recipe in our factory in Mora. Its spine is ground specially for use with a fire starter and has a MOLLE compatible sheath of heavy duty nylon. This knife is designed especially for bushcraft and survival activities.
