Each complete meal will contain an 8oz entree, 2-3 side items, a drink mix, and an accessory pack for a total of 1100-1300 calories per complete meal (13,200 - 15,600 calories per case). No refrigeration required with up to a 5-year shelf life when stored at 70 degrees or cooler. Higher temperatures will reduce shelf life.

Directions:

1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber
2. Boil 3 cups of water
3. Add Entire contents pouch of dehydrated beans, stir and reduce heat to a simmer
4. Cover and allow simmering for 20-25 minutes. Strain as desired and serve
5. For flavor variations, try seasoning the beans with salt, pepper, onion, garlic or reduce the water to 1 1/2 cups and season the beans for a "sauce". can also be used with meat stock
