Coghlan’s Multi-Spice

Coghlan’s Multi-Spice is a portable and easy to use spice shaker that contains six popular spices in one container to add flavor to your meals. Spices included are paprika, curry, cayenne, garlic salt, black pepper, and salt, each with their own flip-top shaker lid. Coghlan’s Multi-Spice can be used  many different dishes such as with beef, chicken, pork, fish, vegetables and much more. Use different combinations of spices to make great tasting food. Each complete meal will contain an 8oz entree, 2-3 side items, a drink mix, and an accessory pack for a total of 1100-1300 calories per complete meal (13,200 - 15,600 calories per case). No refrigeration required with up to a 5-year shelf life when stored at 70 degrees or cooler. Higher temperatures will reduce shelf life.

Directions for Black Bean Burgers:

• Discard the oxygen absorber packet immediately after opening.
• Measure the correct amount of Black Bean Burger mix and warm water for the number of servings you are making (see chart below).
• Thoroughly stir water and mix, and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Form into patties.
• Place each patty on a lightly oiled grill (375 F) for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

It's best to store this emergency food in a dry, cool location — a dark area, if possible, at temperatures between 55°F and 70°F. Actual shelf life may vary based on individual storage conditions.
