If you have a new and unopened item that you wish to return within 15 days of receiving your product, please contact us. The buyer is responsible for the return freight and there is a 10% restocking fee. After 15 days, returns are not accepted. After accepting and then receiving your return, we will process your refund within two business days.
If items are damaged in transit or mis-shipped as a result of an error on our part, we will make it right in full.
NOTE: Cancellations are not permitted on back-ordered items; Your purchase will lock in your pricing and keep your place in line.
